A name with roots

Oliver Home & Candle carries the name of my grandfather, Oliver Pierce — a Baltimore restaurateur who understood something simple: the right smell in a room can make people feel at home before they've said a word. That idea is what this company is built on.

Handmade, not mass-produced

Every candle, wax melt, and bar of soap is made by hand — small batches, real ingredients, no shortcuts. When you light one of our candles, it was poured by a real person, not a factory line. All of our candles, wax melts, and bath & body products are made in the USA.

More than candles

What started with candles has grown into wax melts, warmers, foaming hand soaps, and beaded accessories — and we're just getting started. We're now building out personalized gifts and custom beaded pen designs, made in-house with our own UV and 3D printing equipment. If you can dream it up, there's a good chance we can make it.

Find us in person

Beyond the shop, you'll find Oliver Home & Candle at craft markets around the DMV area. We love the in-person moments — watching someone smell a candle for the first time and light up is half the reason we do this.
