At Oliver Home & Candle, we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Condition
Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
How to Start a Return
Log into your account at olivercandle.com, go to Your Orders, select the order, and click Return. Don't have an account yet? Contact us or email help@olivercandle.com and we'll help you get started.
Return Shipping
- Change of mind or didn't work out? You're responsible for return shipping costs.
- Item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect? We cover return shipping and make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — please allow 7 to 10 business days for it to post, depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless defective.
